How to Clean Your Garden Gnome
The Garden Gnome is one of the most popular gnomes that you can find in gardens around the world. They are small creatures that have a very interesting construction, which is their body being made up of an outer shell that they wear and there being a soft interior that they can use for storage. There are two different kinds of gnomes that you can buy; these being the plastic or the wooden gnomes that you will find most of the stores selling them in. I will talk about how to clean them up a bit later on in this article.
To begin cleaning your gnomes you will want to find a soft cloth and place it on the gnome shell. You will then want to take the gnome shell apart so that you can remove the insides and make it as clean as possible.
I would recommend that you get a couple of brushes for cleaning the insides of your gnomes because this will make your job a lot easier. Once you have taken apart the gnome shell you will be able to see all the little gnomes that are stuck inside and this will allow you to pick them out and give them to a friend or family member for free because they will love you even more for doing such a great job.
When cleaning your gnomes you need to be careful because gnomes have a very sensitive layer of paint on them that can be easily damaged. You should make sure that you take off any decorations on the exterior of the gnomes before you start cleaning them. If you take off the decorations you will also be removing any dirt from the surface of the gnome, which will help make your job go a lot easier. After you have removed the dirt you can use a vacuum cleaner to suck up all the dirt that you find on the gnomes. You can continue to vacuum the dirt away until you begin to see a bit of light dust on the exterior of the gnomes, which will indicate that you are finished with your garden gnome cleaning.
